remember not to say anything about how we are now going to have access to their accounts!!

They’ll never find out until it’s too late……

The local (Citrus County) and state wide hospitals that are own by Governor Rick Scott (Florida) corporation HCA are now committing fraud when handling payments from patients. A treated individual is asked to furnish a payment of some sort for the services they are about to receive. If you give them your credit or debit card as the method of payment there is no mention nor written notice that you are agreeing in the eyes of HCA to have a recurring payment set up to automatically remove payments from your account (if debit card) or charge to your account (if credit card) on a monthly basis or whenever they deem a payment necessary! In other words, unauthorized future payments.

There is no easy recourse to stop this fraud other than turning over your old card to the institution where you got it and having a new card reissued, this requires a visit to the bank, in the case of a debit card, time consuming and inconvenient, with a credit card all the hierarchical red tape you have to go through explaining and obtaining another card. The best course of action, pay cash or get a money order, steps not easily taken when being treated in an emergency situation. Patient BEWARE.

Citrus County, FL. The TRIMS (Truth In Millage-the notice telling you what your taxes are going to be on Nov. 1st) were mailed out Friday, Aug 15, 2014, If you haven’t gotten them in the mail yet, you can go to the Citrus County Property Appraiser’s website and download them in your home. Grab hold of the arms of your chair, taxes will be going up if this budget goes through, as is, and the Taxing Authority raising it’s millage rate to an unbelievable level is the HOSPITAL BOARD. The uninformed electorate needs to understand that HCA is Rick Scott’s Company HCA, the man that spent 73 million of his own money in the first election to become Florida’s Governor anticipates spending more for this upcoming election and wants a return on his investment by taking over all the hospitals in Citrus County along with any others he can get his hands on in the state.  Could this possible be why there is such a dramatic increase in the Hospital Boards Taxes (refer to you TRIM NOTICE) that you recently got in the mail? Steak on the Grill, hidden dangers EYEONCITRUS.COM

The Threat: Heterocyclic amines, or HCAs, are carcinogenic compounds created when meat is heated up. This barbecue bummer has been shown to increase the risk of breast, lung, stomach, pancreatic, and prostate cancers.

The Fix: Master the marinade. The American Institute for Cancer Research found that marinating meat can lower HCAs by as much as 99 percent. A Kansas State University study found that marinating steaks lowered HCAs by 87 percent. Rosemary marinades are particularly protective. Food Safety Consortium tests found gingerroot, rosemary, and tumeric — all high in antioxidants — curb HCAs in cooked meat, even when cooking is at high temps. (Rosemary is most protective.) Using avocado oil can help, too. The oil — rich in cholesterol-lowering monounsaturated fatty acids, has a high smoke point, reducing harmful oil oxidation.
