Like the JFK assassination, 911 was not what they would have you believe! It was another operation by a segment within the government which no one dares to take on, the military-industrial coalition! The CIA’s ever presence hand in this crime of the century, orchestrated events in order to thwart the multiple investigations that were coming to a completion. The finance centers within these building were the targets, they were destroyed along with all the evidence that had been accumulated and proved the raping of our Nation by the elite. This video is full of facts and may end up boring you, but don’t blame yourself, that’s the way you have been conditioned. Remember, there are detractors whose job is to dissuade you of ever finding out the truth. Their tactics are intimidation, bullying and diversion……

In EYEONCITRUS.COM on kp57 at 301127"Create a citizens” recall process
In florida pending legislation, House Joint Resolution 785 and House Bill 787 on kp37 at 301113
Florida law currently allows for the recall of local elected officials, but there is no provision to allow for the recall of state officials, unlike 18 other states. Engaged citizens deserve the tools to hold their public servants accountable without having to wait for the next election!
That’s why I introduced legislation to create a citizen recall process in Florida. And to show the widespread support our bill has, I created this petition to be delivered to the Florida State House, the Florida State Senate, and Governor Rick Scott. The petition simply says:
"Create a citizens’ recall process for state elected officials in Florida by passing Rep. Rick Kriseman’s House Joint Resolution 785 and House Bill 787."

30,000 people fasting Letter to Editor
In 30,000 fasting, balancing the budget back most vulnerable, citrus county florida, citrus county news, crystal river, death of medicare, death to medicaid, EYEONCITRUS.COM, floral city, GETTING SCREWED, homosassa, inverness on kp15 at 301113So far, more than 30,000 people are participating in a rolling fast to protest the immoral budget cuts Republicans are pushing in Washington. We never imagined this would spread so far, so quickly. In fact, 28 progressive members of Congress have now joined in.
With some help from Grammy-nominated recording artist Moby, we’ve put together a short, powerful video about this fast. Please check it out and then help spread the message by passing it on: http://www.moveon.org/r?r=207766&id=26909-7705986-TQggq1x&t=1
This is about sending the message that balancing the budget on the back of the most vulnerable is simply immoral—and the need for that message has never been greater.
Last week’s budget agreement—now public—contains cuts to critical programs but does little to make corporations and the rich pay their fair share.1
More than half of the $38 billion in cuts target education, labor, and health programs.2
The worst cuts and riders didn’t make it into the budget—but that was the Republican plan all along: propose the unthinkable, threaten to shut down the government, and then walk away with cuts that would have been beyond the pale just a few months ago.
Now Republicans are pushing a new round of proposals to abolish Medicare and make far deeper cuts to education, nutrition, health care, and other essential programs—while giving even bigger tax breaks to millionaires and corporations. And this time, after winning so much in the last round, the Republicans actually have a shot at getting every last cut they want.
We need to restore a moral dimension to the warped debate going on in Washington. Sharing this video is a simple way to start.
Thanks for all you do.

Guess What? You Pay More Taxes than GE and Exxon
In Bernie Sanders, tax dodger on kp59 at 301112
Exxon Mobil, Bank of America, GE and other giant corporations paid no U.S. taxes despite billions in profits. In fact, they pocketed big IRS refunds. As congressional leaders and the White House haggled over how many billions of dollars to cut spending on programs for working families, Bernie tried to broaden the debate. He compiled a top-10 list of tax dodging corporations. It’s a scandal, Bernie told colleagues today. “We have a deficit problem. It has to be addressed, but it cannot be addressed on the backs of the sick, the elderly, the poor, young people, and the most vulnerable in this country. The wealthiest people and the largest corporations in this country have got to contribute.”

The Key Training Center
In Crystal River, Florida, drug test for anyone who receives benefits, Executive Order, EYEONCITRUS.COM, Gov Rick Scott, KEY TRAINING CENTER, Kindness, Love, Dignity, and Respect on kp32 at 301111Another structure designed to help people, to help themselves, is being railroaded by the black hearted, Rick Scott, who swindled the government out of billions through his Corporation, the corporation that was fined over a billion dollars and he himself was indicted, yet after pleading the Fifth amendment, 75 times, that’s the amendment stating you do not have to testify because you would be incriminating yourself, he has the audacity to turn his wrath upon the middle class and the needy. He even bypassed the other branches of government by issuing an executive order that put the KEY in the dire straits it now finds itself in. While doing all this, he is insisting for drug tests for the poor who receive benefits, I believe this would mean the kids at the KEY would also have to undergo such tests, and make sure you note that he owns the companies that will be paid to analyze the tests! And on the other hand, he wants to eliminate taxes for huge corporations. Have no doubt, this is a war on the middle class, to eliminate it completely and also a fundamental threat to our Freedoms, in the same manner the Patriot Act destroyed a good part of the Bill of Rights, any additional laws that demand this for that, is another, in the steps to a totalitarian regime where the state would require it know every move you make, such as National ID cards, passports to travel state to state, telling you how many children you can have, analyzing your DNA, before allowing you to marry, and the list goes on! Remember Germany and the Homeland. If you value your freedoms, we must put a stop to this.
The Key Training Center, a private nonprofit Florida 501(c) (3) organization, is dedicated to serving adults with developmental disabilities. Since 1966, the Key Center has offered Kindness, Love, Dignity, and Respect to individuals and their families. We offer a myriad of programs and services to meet the social, vocational, residential/housing and advocacy needs of Citrus County and West Central Florida. Funds to support the Center are derived from Voluntary Health Agency Grants and assistance at the Federal, State and Local Government levels… together with private/public contributions.
The Key Center is the only facility of its kind in Citrus County and the surrounding areas providing vitally needed community based services to over 300 developmentally disabled adults. The Key Center has served over 2,500 developmentally disabled citizens since its inception in 1966. Program participants are accepted and services are offered regardless of age, race, religion, color, creed, sex, nationality, or ability to pay. The Key Center takes great pride in being viewed as a leader and innovator at the Federal, State and Local level in the delivery of community based services to the developmentally disabled.

URGENT MESSAGE FROM THE KEY TRAINING CENTER
Dear Supporters of the Key,
On April 1, 2011, Governor Rick Scott, by executive order, signed an emergency plan that reduces all Medicaid waiver service provider rates by 15% across the board. The net effect on the Key Training Center will be $67,639 per month for the next three billing cycles (months) for a total loss in revenue of $202,917.
This is a significant hit with no notice. As you know for the last couple of years, APD has reduced the consumers’ annual spending plans which mean the consumers had to cut their services whether it was Adult Day Training (ADT), residential, transportation, or supplies. We of course continue to take these individuals even though they might not have the funds to cover all their ADT, residential, or transportation expenses. So we still have the expenses associated with delivering the services but do not get reimbursement for providing the service.
Under this 15% provider cut, we still have to provide all our current services with the same State mandates but at a loss of $67,639 a month. How can they ask a provider that is already at a bare bones budget to do this? Under these difficult economic times over the past two years, we have already gone through the process of renegotiating various contracts to save money, reducing staff benefits, reducing staffing and staff hours, and finally a system wide staff pay cut this last November. There is not much more we can cut and still be able to provide quality services to the nearly 300 adults with developmental disabilities! Regretfully, we gave notice yesterday to Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) to close our Behavioral Home in Inverness as we cannot cover the cost of operating this specialized home any longer with the 15% mandated cut.
CALL YOUR LEGISLATORS AND GOVERNOR SCOTT TODAY!
- Let them know how this 15% across the board cut will affect your community provider of choice with a deficit of over $67,000 a month with no notice and you do not know how they will be able to keep their doors open.
- Let them know…The Providers and Individuals with developmental disabilities should not be made to pay the price for poor public policy and lack of state budget controls.
- If talking to your Senators tell them to vote NO on Senate Bill 2000 which proposes to reduce the Developmental Disability (DD) waiver by another $90 million dollars.
- If talking to your Representatives tell them to vote YES on House position (HB 5001). If it prevails, the DD Waiver program will be funded at approximately $862 million next fiscal year, which is a $67 million increase. HB 5001 also identifies $169 million that can be used to cover this year’s APD deficit.

Gov. Scott’s heartless move
In EYEONCITRUS.COM on kp31 at 301108Gov. Scott’s budget proposals have been nothing short of devastating, including massive cuts to public schools, health care, and environmental protection. But Scott’s most heartless budget cut came last week. He ordered an immediate 15% cut to care for Floridians with disabilities…on the same day he posed for photos at a Special Olympics event. 1
Send a message to your legislators right now – restore lost funding to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) in the next budget.
This is an emergency. Since 2003, legislators have cut and capped various portions of funding for the disabled despite a rising number of Floridians needing care. Today, an unprecedented 19,000-disabled Floridians are on a waiting list and can’t get access to the care they need. The situation has become so dire that aclass action lawsuit was recently filed against Gov. Scott.2
The result of consistent budget cuts and greater need for care has caused APD to run a deficit. Instead of working to shore up funding for some of Florida’s most needy, Gov. Scott chose to simply slash their budget by an amount care providers have said “may break our backs.”3
This isn’t leadership – it’s a gutless retreat from responsibility.
Florida’s disabled deserve better than this. Write your legislators and urge them to restore lost funding to health care for disabled Floridians.
The debate in Tallahassee over how best to balance our budget has wrongly centered on numbers, statistics, and the size of government, instead of the people government is supposed to serve. For many legislators, their goal has become providing corporate campaign contributors with yet another tax giveaway, instead of providing adequate care to Floridians with Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, andautism.
Tell your legislators to get their priorities straight and demand they restore funding for health care to disabled Floridians.
We have an obligation to speak for those who often can’t speak for themselves. Thanks for all you’re doing to provide a voice for Floridians who need it the most.
For progress,
Mark, Ray, and the rest of the Progress Florida team

DEATH OF MEDICARE AND MEDICAID
In all areas of county, citrus county florida, death of medicare, death of medicare and medicaid, death to medicaid, House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, Republican’s budget proposal on kp54 at 301106Are you going to be a idle witness to the death of these programs that have helped so many, maybe even you? It’s time to take back this country from those who falsely claim they represent the people, when, in fact, they are the paid representatives of Corporate America. Privatization is a false god, it is evil, and it is trying to steal the country right out from under you.
Tuesday, House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (WI-01) announced the Republican’s budget proposal. It is unbelievably bad – literally. The GOP budget not only repeals the new health care law it eliminates Medicare and Medicaid as we know it.1
Fight for these life saving programs today. Call you Member of Congress and tell them to vote NO on the Republican’s extremist budget.
The Republican’s proposal gives millionaires huge tax breaks while seniors and hard-working families pay more for health care and get less coverage. Ryan’s plan would radically undermine the economic security of America’s middle class. It helps Wall Street-run health insurance companies make record-breaking profits and pay their CEOs outrageous sums to deny people the care they paid for and need.2
Nowhere in the Republican plan is there any shared sacrifice. There’s no fairness.
This budget would eviscerated programs that everyone in this country depend on. Republicans are attacking every single one of us.3
The GOP’s budget breaks America’s most basic promise: That if you work hard and play by the rules, you can take care of your family and retire with peace of mind.4 Call Congress today.
