Heads up: Congress is debating a budget plan that would be devastating to Florida. Will you pass this along? Senators Marco Rubio and Bill Nelson need to hear from all of us about it right now, before they cut a deal in the next few days. Please spread the word about all of these proposed cuts to Florida:
It’s especially galling when the same budget protects tax breaks for corporations like GE and the very rich. Just last night the news broke that Congress may be close to striking a deal on the budget. Now is the only time we can influence the outcome. Can you call Sens. Rubio and Nelson and ask them to oppose these cuts in the budget? You can pick one of the cuts in this list to highlight in your call. Senator Marco Rubio Click to report your call. Then pass this email along locally! http://pol.moveon.org/call?tg=FSFL_2.FSFL_1&cp_id=1547&id=26722-9668693-yDXlmhx&t=2 The cuts that the Republicans are proposing would disproportionately hit those who can least afford it in Florida, and it’s up to us to stop them. Thanks for all you do. -Daniel, Amy, Milan, Tate, and the rest of the team Sources: 1. LIBERTY IN PERIL
In Bill of Rights, Corporate States of America, Iraq lies, Liberty in Peril on kp02 at 311127
When President Eisenhower gave his farewell address in 1960 he warned the citizenry and future Presidents about the military-industrial complex and their influence. This group has been controlling everything since the end of his term, he saw and knew what they did, and his warnings were not heeded by JFK, who they murdered, and the following Presidents gave them free reign. The military-industrial complex is the ultimate privatization of our government at it’s worst. It has led others to seek to privatize the rest of the government, there can be nothing less dangerous and foreboding to our way of life. What should have been making news here in Citrus County, as well as the Nation is only now occurring, ten years after the fact, and it’s only a secondary topic, because of one brave teacher in the Citrus County School system who actually knows what a Democracy is all about. And it’s not about spreading the propaganda line of the government, that’s what the national, corporate controlled, media, does every day, a government whose fourth branch, a non-elected, hidden, non-representative, branch of government which answers to no one, except it’s Corporate Wall Street bankers, the same bankers the people bailed out after they wheeled and deal with our lives and monies causing the depression that we are trying to survive.
There are countless professional groups, including association of Engineers, Airline Pilots, Architects, Senior Military people, Intelligence Officers, Law Enforcement, and Government Officials who question the 9/11 Commission Report, Respected Medical Professionals Launch New 9/11 Truth Group, just recently, and the list is nearly endless. Canadian television has shown documentaries that reveal the lies and deception, these programs have not been able to get licensing here in the states to air.
It is imperative that we push forward the Agenda of Accountability to the Obama Administration for the high treasonable crimes committed by the Bush Administration and all the traitors in Congress who went along for the ride. They left us a world that is filled with hatred toward the United States and its people, while corporate America raped and pillage our natural resources for the bottom line. Is Obama part of this cabal? The jury is still out on that, yet, by his adherence to many of the same doctrines of Bush’s Regime it’s not looking good.
If you call yourself an American, whatever your political leanings you would not hesitate to investigate for yourself the atrocities of these people. Their false flag operation of 911 and the aftermath has left us and the world far worse off than ever before, it is time to call for action, do not let Obama neglect his duty as the commander and chief of our Nation. He must direct, at once, Eric Holder, the Attorney General to reopen the investigation of 911 and all the misdeeds that led up to it.
The truth is unpleasant and not easy to accept, but it doesn’t change the fact of its veracity. Our sons and daughters should have never been sent to war for the benefit of the military-industrial complex and all the people who profit from such enterprises.
TO all the brave men and women who marched off to defend this country and the world from the Japanese aggression and Hitler’s Germany during the Second World War, I thank you, even though others now seem to lessen your sacrifices by abandoning the principles for which you fought, it is a disgrace to their memories that we allowed ourselves to be manipulated and overrun by the corporate monolith that is America today. This blatant disregard for life and focus on obtaining the wealth of the world for its own financial gain, letting nothing stand in its way, whether common sense or the truth. The structure that was created out of necessity to win the war, the military-industrial complex, turned its ugly head around and forgot why it was created in the first place, to preserve Democracy and our way of life in the United States.
To all the brave men and women today who serve, I thank you, and realize you are putting your lives and bodies on the line to preserve the idea that was America and the promise that it once held. It doesn’t make your scarifies any less than those who served before because your serving with the belief that you are still protecting the same United States of America, as your forebears did, it is not your fault that others have manipulated events for their own personal interests and have dramatically change the fabric of our Nation.
There are those in our government who believe that the sacrificing of lives, say 3000, or so, as in the World Trade Center, is for the greater good, or that’s at least, what they would tell you if they were ever to be held accountable. Of course, their greater good, doesn’t necessarily translate into yours and that has been the thinking of despots since the beginning. These people hold the belief that your faith in the government will always protect them from you learning the truth, that how could it possibly be that your government would harm its own people? Yet, the news is filled with family members killing family members, is the government immune to this type of behavior? After all, we blame the government for just about every other possible deficiency, why is it so hard to admit to its greatest betrayal of all?
There has been a desensitization of the population for decades through the mass media portrayals of war games, violent video games, and the lack of battlefront real news reporting. Today war is homogenized; the real effects are only dealt with in mundane, analytical statistics resulting in the human element being removed from the equation , when that happens it removes the need to avoid war at all costs. When there was still an iota of real news, as during the Viet Nam War, Americans got to see the body report every night, along with the body bags, and they understood, felt the effects of war, after all, over fifty thousand Americans died, and for what? The world did not come to an end when we pulled out of Viet Nam, in fact, you can go there now for vacation. And like France, which fought in Viet Nam, we had to pull out, it being the first war that the United States ever lost! But wait, war is not a game of winning or losing, although it may seem that way, it is about freedom! And did we lose any by escaping the torture of Viet Nam, of course not, the answer is NO; however, have we lost any freedom from the false flag operation of 911? The overwhelming answer is YES! But it’s not freedom lost by defeat on the battlefield, its freedom lost by those who manipulated the events. The Patriot Act effectively destroyed the Bill of Rights and their insistence on keeping it in effect is testimony to their fear that you might one day discover the truth. Thinking your free and being free are not the same thing and as long as you never cross paths with any governmental agency or law enforcement you may never come to realize that, but when, and if every, you do, rest assured, it will be too late.
Now we are off invading Libya, yes it is a no fly zone, remember Iraq and the no fly zone there? Does this make your spine tingle with excitement? Can you hardly wait until our forces go marching in, with their American flags sewn on their sleeves backward so that it looks like it’s blowing in the wind, how proud? Wake up, you’ve been conditioned, it’s called behavioral conditioning, it’s like Pavlov’s dog hearing the bell ring and salivating at the mouth. There are no invasion forces in the United States, how do you think we would respond to foreign invaders across the land? The military-industrial complex that Eisenhower warned everybody about is here, has been since the end of the second world war, it murdered a President, to go into Viet Nam and has been controlling things every since, it brought down the towers and going into Iraq was just an added benefit, the towers were destroyed to hid the fact that numerous investigations were coming to a conclusion regarding a slush fund containing hundreds of billions of dollars that was used for covert operations since the end of the second world war. The financial firms that were destroyed in the towers held the evidence, along with the super vault in the basement of one tower, which had to be completely obliterated. On Sept 10, 2001, Rumsfeld announced that the Pentagon could not account for 2.3 Trillion dollars, the next day the ACCOUNTING Dept is the only dept destroyed in the pentagon! Don’t think that this wasn’t planned a long time in advance; it was in the works for at least two to three years. This was and is privatization at its ugliest and what will result is the Corporate States of America. They have put their people into the Supreme Court and have ruled that Corporations have the same status as you and me. Now they are eliminating corporate taxes, Ric Scott here in Florida, doesn’t want Corporations to pay any taxes! Who do you think will be paying for everything, it’s a war on the Middle Class, that if it’s not stop, will destroy the Middle Class, it is nearly there, and if you don’t realize it, just let things keep going this way, and one day you’ll awaken and wonder what happened, remember you put the Fox in charge of the henhouse? Start connecting the dots and opening your eyes, it’s your money, but more importantly, it’s your sons and daughters lives and our freedom!
Dear Editor: Did They Die in Vain?
In EYEONCITRUS.COM, WORKERS UNITE on kp44 at 311112FORWARD By EYESONCITRUS
The United States is now considered a third world country in terms of labor, that is why the world’s auto maker’s build their plants here, to save their labor costs because their countries offer a livable wage to their workers, while ours continue to suffer. A Nation only prospers when all segments of society prosper, when the elite grab control which they have done in the states, they manipulate and incite, in order to divide and conquer. Americans have forgotten that their greatness is from being united, if we are ever to be great again it is time, once again to unite, arrest those who have lied to us, stole from us, misled us into wars, these are the true terrorists of the world and until the masses realize that, the future is not very bright.

On July 6, 1892, in Homestead, Pennsylvania, 3800 workers went on strike, to win the right to organize. Three hundred hired and armed goons attacked them. Five people died.
On April 20, 1914, in Ludlow, Colorado, 1200 coal miners went on strike, to win the right to organize. The Colorado National Guard attacked their shantytown, and burned it to the ground. Nineteen people died. Two women and 11 children were asphyxiated, and they burned to death.
Here and around the world, many people have fought and died, so that you and I would have the right to organize.
And so that 250,000 public workers in Wisconsin would have that right, too.
This is not exactly a new idea. Six months after the Ludlow Massacre, President Wilson signed the Clayton Act, prohibiting the prosecution of union members under Antitrust Law. That was almost a century ago.
Two decades later, during the Franklin Roosevelt’s first term as President, he signed the National Labor Relations Act into law. It protects the right to organize. That was over 75 years ago.
The right to organize also is a fundamental principle of international law. Over 150 countries have ratified the “Right to Organize” Convention, an international treaty. It was adopted in 1949, over 60 years ago.
So why are we even talking about this, 11 years into the 21st Century?
Because the teabaggers want to “take back America.” They want to take it back, all right – take it all the way back to the 19th century. When there was no right to organize. When people worked for a dollar a day. When grown men competed against children for jobs. When women were barred from most jobs entirely. When you worked until you died.
Not to mention slavery.
I want to see an America that is healthy and wealthy.
They want an America that provides cheap labor to our corporate overlords. An America where the middle class is chained by debt.
We didn’t ask for this fight. But we have no choice except to fight back. For the survival of the middle class in America. For us, for our children, and for our grandchildren. And so that the victims in Haymarket, in Homestead and in Ludlow did not die in vain.
As Cardinal Spellman said 45 years ago, “it is a war thrust upon us, and we cannot yield to tyranny.”
I’m ready to fight for what’s right. What about you?
Courage,
